These terms govern your use of the FieldSong mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”). By using FieldSong, you agree to these terms.
FieldSong provides a daily clarity practice featuring Bhagavad Gita verses paired with Stoic philosophy quotes, along with journaling and reflection tools. The Service is available as a free tier with optional paid features (FieldSong+).
You must create an account to use FieldSong. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address.
FieldSong+ is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or lifetime purchase. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Bhagavad Gita translations and Stoic texts used in FieldSong are in the public domain. Modern interpretations, action steps, and editorial content are original to FieldSong.
Journal reflections you write remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your reflections back to you within the app.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. This permanently removes all your data. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your app store before deleting your account.
FieldSong provides philosophical and contemplative content for personal reflection. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldSong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
